Hunger is on the rise in America, compounded by the prolonged pandemic which caused extensive job losses in America. With the number of cases growing rapidly across the world, the fight against COVID-19 has to continue. The impact of this virus is profound in developing countries like India, where education took a dive because of the major digital divide. 320 million students face a lack of learning because of the school closures and not having basic internet, which is taken for granted in developed countries. I’ve decided to fight for both of these causes and started this fundraiser with the purpose to collect donations for the American Red Cross and Janyaa in India. The funds will be equally split between these foundations.
The American Red Cross has adjusted their resources to provide necessities for quarantine shelters and food distribution centers. Janyaa has been helping 500,000 students across more than 900 schools over the past 11 years by building curriculum-based science & math material to help 6th - 10th grade children. To continue these efforts during this pandemic, they are organizing interactive online sessions with nearly 5000 students and working with them closely over the next few months until schools reopen their gates. This is an absolute necessity for these children as they don't have the support structure at home to help with their studies.

I would love to share my knowledge of the sport, so if you donate $50 or more, I will spend an hour with you or your kid on the golf range.
